At Clean Spaces, we believe in presenting a clear upfront understanding of our service, including pricing. There is no mystery to our affordable pricing unlike some companies who insist you call or be kept in the dark. What you see is what you get so you can make an informed choice without even picking up the phone.
Pricing for Commercial flooring is generally based on square footage and the labor involved as well as the frequency of maintenance service.
This pricing does not include stripping and waxing or sealing or impregnating
Weekly
< 1000 sq ft = $80 per Cleaning
<1,500 sq ft = $95 per Cleaning
<2,000 sq ft = $125 per Cleaning
<2,500 sq ft = $150 per Cleaning
<3,000 sq ft = $200 per Cleaning
<3,500 Sq ft =250 per Cleaning
Over 3,500 sq ft please call for an estimate but the pricing will increase along this line.
Price is double for a one time cleaning, an additional 50% for monthly, and an additional 30% for Bi-Weekly.
Please call for higher cleaning frequencies.
Price includes moving around small and light furniture. Heavy furniture is an additional charge based on the particulars.
Grout rehabilitation cleaning is an additional doubling of the square footage service fee.
